Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We process and dispatch these orders within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are handled the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
